Excavation September 26, 2010

Well we are finally starting the house. The excavators have developed what looks like the outline of our new home. The pipes are being laid and tomorrow they will poor the footings. This gets so complicated at times that it is mine boggling. We had to change the lay out of the furnace room because it is no longer a furnace room but a boiler room for the in-floor heat. That means my poor little sewing/office room just got smaller. Oh well I will adapt. We are getting there slow but surely.

I finally posted a picture. Jerry is doing video and we will share that when we are all done. This is what the place looks like right now. The backhoe sits where the trailer used to sit and the shadow is the trailer .
